Proyecto de vivienda prototipo. lo utilizamos como investigación en sistemas mep y como modelo standard aplicable a futuros proyectos. una casa sencilla y rotunda con fuerte presencia, pero al mismo tiempo, fácil de construir, con una clara retícula estructural e instalaciones distribuidas desde el centro de gravedad de la vivienda.
La casa da la espalda a la vía de acceso y se abre hacia las vistas o jardín. La distribución de la vivienda es sencilla y pragmática: Se accede desde el centro de la casa, dejando los tres dormitorios a un lado, y la zona de día al otro. Salón, cocina y comedor comparten un gran espacio en esquina, que puede ser dividido en dos por una gran cortina.
Dos terrazas cubiertas, una en cada extremo de la casa, sirven a la cocina/comedor y al dormitorio principal.

Prototype housing project. We use it as a research tool for MEP systems and as a standard model applicable to future projects. A simple and bold house with a strong presence, yet easy to build, featuring a clear structural grid and services distributed from the center of gravity of the home.
The house turns its back to the access road and opens up to the views or garden. The layout is simple and pragmatic: the entrance is located at the center of the house, with the three bedrooms on one side and the living area on the other. Living room, kitchen, and dining room share a large corner space, which can be divided into two with a large curtain.
Two covered terraces, one at each end of the house, serve the kitchen/dining area and the master bedroom.
